Ground Testing Area Mentors is the only institute that has a full fledged GTO ground with enhanced safety standards. The Ground Testing Area has all outdoor tasks including Individual Obstacles, Progressive Group Task (PGT), Half and Full Group Task (HGT/FGT) and Command Task. The Ground Testing Area has been specially designed by the GTO of Mentors who has a long experience of 14 years as Senior GTO of four SSBs/NSBs.

Interviewing Technique Personal interviews are conducted by the Interviewing Officer who has a vast experience of interviews in three SSBs/NSBs.

Psychological Series Complete psychological series tests are conducted by a very experienced and qualified psychologist who has had a long tenure in SSB in the past.
